Privacy Policy — Tic Tac Toe
Tic Tac Toe is developed and published by Eric A. Zarko (“I”, “me”). This policy describes how the app handles information.
Information Collected
Tic Tac Toe does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. The app has no account system of its own, no analytics, no advertising, and no first-party network connectivity. All local game data exists only on your device and is never sent anywhere by me.
Game Center
Online play is provided through Apple’s Game Center. When you use the Online mode, Apple handles matchmaking and move data exchange between players under their own privacy policy. I do not receive, store, or process any personal information through that integration. You can review Apple’s privacy practices at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Third-Party Services
Beyond Apple’s Game Center (described above), Tic Tac Toe does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, advertising networks, or crash-reporting services.
Children’s Privacy
Because no personal data is collected by me from anyone, Tic Tac Toe is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects privacy, this policy will be updated and the effective date above will reflect the change.
