Hex Mines is developed and published by Eric A. Zarko (“I”, “me”). This policy describes how the app handles information.

Hex Mines does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no network connectivity of any kind. All game data (your current board and difficulty setting) exists only on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Third-Party Services
Hex Mines does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, advertising networks, or crash-reporting services.
Children’s Privacy
Because no data is collected from anyone, Hex Mines is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects privacy, this policy will be updated and the effective date above will reflect the change.
